Jess

This shoot was meant to be of Jess' daughter Riley, but Riley had other plans for us that day and her plans did not include picture taking. :) So while I got a few of Riley, Jess was the model for the day. Isn't she just gorgeous! Thanks Jess.

I am so excited to share with you my new Logo designed by Tiffany at On The Spot Studio. Tiffany was amazing to work with. We started in one direction with my Logo and ended up doing something totally different. While my indecisiveness would have driven anyone else crazy, Tiffany was amazingly patient and kept trying new things until we ended up with a Logo that I loved.

This year is turning out to be a great one! I am excited to launch my Senior Representative Program and am still looking for High School Seniors in the Northern Virginia area. If you know any 2010-2011 High School Seniors, have them contact me through facebook or at melissawallerphotography@yahoo.com.

Do I see more plaid in my future?

You couldn't possibly get any sillier than these two. They are the cutest, funniest and most beautiful children of my youngest sister. Miss S was so excited to wear her "holiday" dress. She kept telling my that Santa was coming soon and she was beyond thrilled about the prospect of getting lots of toys. I am so blessed to have so many nieces and nephews and of course they just adore their Auntie Lissa. :)

Pretty in Plaid {Family}

My sister has been after me for some time to take some new photos of her little munchkins. These faces represent absolute perfection and love. My sister A is one of those perfect individuals who could pull off a Martha Stewart Christmas and not even bat an eyelash. I am in complete awe of her. My love for her goes deep to my core. I love you A and I hope you treasure these photos as I do. I look forward to many more years of photographing your beautiful children.

Twins

I had such an amazing day shooting these two. It was actually kind of ironic how it played out. We had an appointment this morning to meet at 10 a.m., but when I woke up it was pouring outside and probably 30 degrees. I called "Mom" and we decided to cancel the shoot and reschedule. At about 10:30, to our surprise; it started snowing. "Mom" called and asked if I would mind coming to their house to get a few shots of the kids and of course I jumped at the chance to shoot in the first snow of the season. I am very happy with the results.
